We have used Essex Office for almost 4 years.  Over this time, they have closely monitored our account, often making suggestions where we can do things differently to save money. They have brought our attention to areas that they see as wasteful as opposed to taking advantage of a potential increase in sales from our account. The New Essex goes the extra step to make their customers feel as though they are each invaluable to the business, and I sense that they, in fact, believe this to be true. It appears that their approach to doing business is that every company, no matter the size or how long they have been an Essex customer, deserves the same level of service and attention as a brand new customer. We really appreciate that in a vendor!
